Our 3800 sq ft gallery is available to rent 7 days a week with the exception of art installations days ​& opening receptions.

​​SCHEDULE OF RATES:

Full Day Rental: $2500    |     Hourly: $250/ min 3 hours

Booking time must allow for a minimum of 1 hour for event set up

1 -  2 hours to strike the event and clean up  ​(More time may be required for a more complex set up)

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking

Liquor license ends at 2am 

Events must end and be cleaned up by 4am

LIQUOR & BAR SERVICE:

All liquor service and sales are handled by Looks Great! Gallery and our exclusive partner Lavish Liquid. We offer both canned and crafted cocktails.

Bartenders: 1 per 75 people
$25/hr plus tips (minimum 4 hrs )

​Support Staff: 1 per 75 people
$20/hr plus tips (minimum 4 hrs )

SECURITY:

​$37.85/hr: events over 100 guests require 2 security

* It is Bentall Centre Policy that all events that have over 30 guests taking  place after hours (6pm) must book 1  security/door staff.
